From 16th to 19th, Gongzheng has stood out as a textile exhibitor at ShanghaiTex 2025, connecting with global customers to share cutting-edge textile solutions and technologies. Our core textile printing solutions, ranging from personalized customization to batch printing, have attracted a large number of visitors and industry professionals.

Located at booth N4-A07, Gongzheng showcased six textile printing solutions, including hybrid sublimation, direct pigment, and heat sublimation technologies, to meet the diverse needs of customers in different fields.

Designed for dual use, the Apsaras G4D Max supports both direct printing for soft signs and sublimation paper transfer in one machine. In direct printing mode, the all-round system — composed of a specialized platform, spray ink suction system, vacuum fans, and built-in blowers — strictly controls ink drift, making the production environment cleaner. Equipped with a 3.2m heat fixation to solidify colors and enhance their vibrancy, it offers two color-fixing modes: inline mode (more suitable for flexible custom production requirements) and offline mode (ideal for consistent and efficient mass production). Widely applications in soft signages, textile backlits, home textiles, etc., the Apsaras G4D Max is a trusted choice for any customer with dual-use needs in advertising and textile printing.

Unlike the dye sublimation model, the Apsaras G4P can directly print specific textile pigment ink onto the surface of cotton fabrics. Engineered exclusively for cotton fabric printing, it uses 8 colors (YMKC + ORGB) to enhance color layering and saturation. The Apsaras G4P has captured visitors' attention with its direct pigment printing feature and outstanding color performance.

Equipped with 16 and 24 Epson I3200-A1 print heads respectively, the Apsaras G7 and Apsaras G9 achieve maximum speeds of 663 sqm/h and 1115 sqm/h while maintaining exceptional color quality. Using high-density sublimation transfer ink certified by OEKO-TEX with the "ECO PASSPORT" underscores Gongzheng's commitment to eco-friendly solutions. Industrial myriameter and kilometer media handle systems with unique stretchable rubber roller ensure precise unwinding and rewinding, providing reliable support for large-scale production.

The Pixy T4 is equipped with 4x I3200-A1 print heads, supporting KCMY+W colors and optional fluorescent colors (FoFgFyFm). It breaks through traditional color limitations, making textile products more creative. Meanwhile, the Pixy T4 on display at ShanghaiTex 2025 has been newly upgraded: the powder shaking and filter units are integrated with a new cutting unit, enabling an integrated production process of printing, powder shaking, drying, and cutting — more efficient and space-saving. The Pixy T4 perfectly aligns with customers' demands for personalized, high-value printing solutions.

Another game-changer for creative applications, the Pixy U3 focuses on the personalized customization needs of textile printing. It adopts TPU 3D Hot Stamping technology, creating 3D-effect patterns on T-shirts, caps, shoes, and more quickly and conveniently through the process of printing — cutting — heat pressing.
